Countdown to Haciendas – A Parade of Homes

We are just 9 days away from Haciendas – A Parade of Homes! In a few short weeks, visitors and residents of Santa Fe will experience the one-of-a-kind craftsmanship and design that make Santa Fe architecture so unique.

Haciendas – A Parade of Homes is our favorite event of the year because it is the only time we have an opportunity to interact with the public and showcase our homes. This special event allows us to gather feedback and share our home-building and designing experience with home buyers. We love that this event brings us closer to the community that we value so much and are proud to be a part of.

Directions to Our Homes on Tour

This year, Woods Design Builders has two homes in the parade. We would love for you to come experience our design and architecture first-hand. Here’s where you can find us:

1133 East Alameda: Take Alameda east about a half block past Monsignor Patrick Smith Park. Home will be on the left, just before Upper Canyon Road. If possible, use public parking at the park.

2216 Wilderness Arroyo: Take Alameda east to Camino Cabra, turning right. Continue to Camino Cruz Blanca and turn left. Right on Wilderness Gate, then take the first right onto Wilderness Arroyo.

Haciendas – A Parade of Home Award Categories

The homes on tour are judged by a panel of local industry experts made up of builders, architects, past winners and Realtors. The homes are judged in different price categories and are selected for the following awards:

Grand Hacienda

The Grand Hacienda is the overall “Best of Show” award and is given to the most memorable, outstanding entry, regardless of price category. In 2015, Woods Design Builders was the recipient of the coveted Grand Hacienda award for our work on Camino Escondido.

You will have the opportunity to vote for the home you think should be the Grand Hacienda at sfahba.com or on the parade app. The entry with the most votes will receive The People’s Choice Award.

Schedule of Events and Ticket Information

Haciendas – A Parade of Homes spans two long weekends, August 12-14 and August 19-21. The homes are open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Tickets for the event can be purchased online or at any of the homes on the tour. Tickets are valid for all of the homes for all of the days.
